Why can’t you gain weight?

Genetics is the most evident reason for your thinness, thus gain weight is not as simple as you assume. Having the same physical type as your parents is probable.

Your metabolism may also play a role in determining some of your body’s characteristics, including how tall you are. If you have a tough time again weight of any type, whether it be fat or muscle, then you most likely have a quick metabolism. In essence, slim males are listening to the guidance of those who have never struggled with their gain weight in any way. Do you have an interest in learning how to put on gain weight? Find someone who has been in your position before and ask them for advice. Someone who has experience in the same situation as you currently.

2. Identify a specific goal, then devise a strategy for achieving that goal.

If you were going to travel across the nation to another city before you got in your car, would you simply start driving at random or would you prepare a route that would get you there as fast and effectively as possible?

Imagine that your plan is a map, and your objective is the place you want to go to at the end of the journey. You won’t be able to concentrate on anything if you don’t have a strategy and an objective in mind, and it will be much easier for you to get disoriented or diverted. You may not realize how often this occurs, but it does.

There are a lot of folks at the gym who are just doing whatever they want to do, and they are also just eating whatever they want to eat—they don’t have a strategy or a clear aim. They are perplexed as to why they are unable to make any headway. They do not concentrate on anything specific.

You are able to go forward with your plans every day if you have a structured plan to follow and adhere to. This activity is targeted precisely at bringing you to your goal as fast as possible. There is no need for speculation, argument, or mental labour. You simply do it.

Not only does a detailed plan give each day the structure it needs to keep you on track and moving in the right direction, but it also helps you form healthy eating and exercise habits that will help you even after you reach your goal.

3. You need to have faith in both who you are and what you are doing. Have confidence in yourself.

Let’s not sugarcoat it: the world in which we live is a horrible place. Jealousy and hostility are pervasive problems in today’s society. Getting started on a fitness program with the intention of improving oneself is going to be the more difficult of the two tasks for the majority of individuals.

The other half of the battle will be maintaining your motivation in spite of the unrelenting criticism you will get from other people. If you give them the opportunity, even a small number of critical comments might do significant harm.

It’s possible that the people you know best at the gym will say the most derogatory things to you, including your coworkers, friends, and acquaintances. The majority of people despise transitions. They are made to feel uneasy as a result of the abrupt realization that you have more facets to your personality than they were probably prepared to acknowledge.

They are concerned that you could really be successful in accomplishing your objective. It gives the appearance of less “superiority” on their part.

After you have started working on your strategy, you have to have confidence and believe in what you are doing in order to be successful. Maintain your concentration, and steer clear of people who are always negative or too critical.

If you absolutely must, refrain from discussing the matter with anybody else. When I initially started my program, I stopped talking about what I was doing because I grew weary of hearing comments like “you can’t do that,” “that’s impossible,” and “you’re wasting your time and money.”

I stopped talking about what I was doing because I became tired of hearing such things. It’s funny how today those folks are always coming to me for guidance, but it never used to be like that.

You are in charge of your own life. It’s your very own physical being. It’s the dream that you’ve always had. Don’t put the responsibility for your accomplishments (or lack thereof) in the laps of others.
